Take Action - What You Can Do to Help End the Slaughter

Write to Politicians

Send a letter, email or fax to your local politician and the Canadian government to demand an end to this atrocious slaughter of seals. It is important that you keep writing often to remind those in a position to stop the Canadian commercial seal hunt that they must do the right thing and put an end to the slaughter of harp, hooded and grey seals.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has the power to stop the hunt.

Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, is responsible for setting seal quotas and prosecuting violations of the Marine Mammal Regulations.
